What should I do if my card has been lost, stolen or damaged?

Please note this article applies to

Q MasterCard Holders: You can immediately place your card on hold via the mobile app, and then contact us on 0800 119 100 from NZ or +64 9 580 7399 for your card to be cancelled and a replacement card issued.


Q Card Holders: You can contact us on 0800 117 000 from NZ or +64 9 525 8554 from overseas to request a replacement card.
