How do I know if I am eligible to complete a balance transfer?

Balance transfer offers are made to customers who are eligible at the time of the offer being made. However, eligibility may change due to account use, available limit or the type of card you are transferring to. Balance transfer requests will not be accepted:

  1. If your account is not in good standing, for example your account is in arrears.
  2. If the total transfer amount will be more than 90% of the available limit
  3. If your account does not have the minimum transfer amount available
  4. If the credit card you hold is not supported
